Nebosh Health and Well-Being Certificate

Nebosh Health and Well-Being Certificate promotes healthy workers, and health workers are almost three times more productive. That’s how valuable you can be as someone who has the skills to tackle health and well-being at work. This course will benefit all organisations seeking to improve efficiency and morale within the workplace and will allow them to demonstrate a commitment to the health and well-being of their workforce. It will equip managers to minimise absence, encourage people back to work where possible, and deal effectively with the health issues of their staff.

Who is this course for?

It is suitable for Managers, Supervisors, HR or Safety Personnel who have responsibility for, or involvement in, the health and well-being of employees as part of their day-to-day duties.

Format

The Nebosh Health and Well-Being Certificate is offered over 5 weeks, one day per week. It is assessed by a two-hour written examination and a practical assessment based on the identification of workplace health and well-being issues.

A unit certificate is issued denoting achievement of each unit and a unit parchment is issued on successful completion of the unit and the practical element
